1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted on non-special order items only.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special order items (ALL SALES FINAL)
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
4. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) before sending any item back.
- Returns sent without authorization may be refused
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- A 20% restock fee may apply
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the product and packaging
- We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund
